Crash on TerrainRenderer::GetPatchVertexStreamDeprecated when deleting Terrain
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Go to Scenes/Main
3. Delete Terrain
Reproducible with: 2019.2.8f1, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1(incompatable due to scale of the project), 2018.4.10f1(freezes, but doesn't crash)
