Crash on System.Text.StringBuilder:AppendFormatHelper when assigning CustomForwardRendererData as Custom Renderer Pipeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1188291.zip" Unity project
2. Open the "Assets" folder in the Project tab
3. Open the Quality tab in the Project Settings window
4. Drag and drop "CustomForwardRendererData" to Custom Render Pipeline
5. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b1 (URP 7.1.1), 2020.1.0a1 (URP 7.1.1)
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a7 (URP 7.1.1)
Note: in 2020.1.0a2 through 2020.1.0a7, it is not possible to assign the "CustomForwardRendererData" as a Custom Render Pipeline.
