Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project

Reproducible with: 2019.4.4f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.1.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b15, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0b2
