Crash on SetupPrefabInstancesAndFileIDsForSaveFromExistingPrefabInstanceObjects when applying changes to prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "Prefab_Override_Crash.zip" project
2. Open the "scene.unity" scene
3. Select the "Level3Meshes" in the Hierarchy
4. Press Prefab Overrides > Apply All
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.0f1.
Notes:
2018.1, 2018.2 and 2018.3 alpha crashes when importing the prefab.
