Crash on SerializedProperty::GetStringValue when changing string field in ScriptableObject asset with SerializeReference member
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project "UnityBugExplorer.zip"
2. Select TestSO scriptable object
3. Enter a long string (20+ characters) into "SomeString" field
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with - 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b8
Not reproducible with - 2017.4 (No ScriptableObjects), 2018.4 (No ScriptableObjects), 2019.3.0b9, 2020.1.0a11
