Crash on RebuildTransformHierarchyOrMarkForDestruction when opening a scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/Level 1.unity“ scene
3. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b16
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a6
Reproduced on: Windows 10, macOS 14.4.1 (Intel) (by the reporter)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
