Crash on "NvClothCookFabricFromMesh" when entering the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_48076" project
2. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0a23
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.2.0b2
Fixed in: 2023.2.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: couldn't find regression because it takes too long
