Crash on mono_handle_native_crash when dragging an Image with a long name that contains non-ASCII symbols to the Scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Drag the Image into the scene
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.2.21f1, 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
Reproducible on Mac
Fixed in: 2019.1.0a10
