Crash on mono_add_process_object when opening the scene for a second time after deleting Library folder
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Instructions scene if it's not opened
Expected: scene opens
Actual: Unity crashes
Reproduced on: 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a1, 5.6.2p2, 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.0p1, 2017.2.0b4
