Crash on LightmapSettingsManager::CheckSettingsConsistency when reloading asynchronously unloaded Scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1072016.zip" project's SampleScene
2. Play the Scene
3. Press "Reload Scenes" button
4. Observe the Crash
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a2, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.3.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0a1
Update: fixed in Unity 2018.3.0a10
