Crash on FMOD::CodecMPEG::setPositionInternal when DownloadHandlerAudioClip has compressed property set to true
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ReproProj” project
2. Open Window > General > Test Runner
3. Run all Play Mode tests
Expected result: Tests are successful
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.0a23, 2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a22
Reproducible on: macOS 14.3.1 (M1 Max), Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
