Crash on “DynamicHeapAllocator::Deallocate” when connecting from the Player

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_29256” project
2. Press File → Build Settings → Build
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Run the build
5. Click the “host” button in the Editor
6. Change the IP to something different from 127.0.0.1
7. Click the “connect” button in the Player

Expected result: Player connects
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.15 (2022.2.2f1)
Fixed in: 1.0-pre.65 (2022.2.2f1)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 (user reported)

Note: CQA wasn’t able to reproduce this issue
