Crash on DualThreadAllocator<DynamicHeapAllocator>::Allocate when URPMaterialPropertyBaseColor Component is added to an Entity
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "ECSSamples" and scene "SpawnAndRemove"
2. Enter Play Mode and wait for about a minute
--observe crash
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1 (errors)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.9.1-preview.15, 0.10.0-preview.6

Resolution Note (fix version 0.16.0-preview.21):
The bugs regarding this has already been fixed internally and we have an official port of the ECS Samples to URP in the works. This bug does not reproduce there.
Bug also fixed in 0.16.0-preview.21 that can be found on 2020.1 stream and above.
