Crash on core::StringStorageDefault<char>::assign when opening a project
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project ”IN-13123.zip”
Expected result: The project opens successfully
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.8f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.38f1, 2022.1.11f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a5 - downgrading/upgrading the project causes compilation errors and the project opens in safe mode
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Pro
