Crash on core::StringStorageDefault<char>::append when importing assets from the Asset Store
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Download and try to import the "Book Of The Dead: Environment" asset from https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/essentials/tutorial-projects/book-of-the-dead-environment-121175
-- observe crash
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a9, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a8
Note: The crash was reproducible with HDRP package version 7.1.7 on 2020.2.0a9 and not reproducible with the same package version on 2020.2.0a8, so this does not seem to be a HDRP issue
