Crash on refocusing Unity
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene test
3. Hit ctrl-alt-del - the option menu should appear (not the task manager but a separate menu). Leave the menu and return to unity - the console gets a few "!IsInList ()" errors
4. Repeat step 3 a few more times - unity crashes
The same results can be achieved by enabling/disabling Direct3D 11
