Crash on burst.initialize.statics when exceeding the "Maximum Shadows on Screen" value in Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-77893_repro“ project
2. Select File → Build and Run
3. In Player click the "Spawn 129 lights" button
Expected result: The Player does not crash
Actual result: The Player crashes
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b15, 6000.0.6f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.0b14
Could not test with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.33f1 (due to a different crash)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Only reproducible in Player
