Crash on build exit that is using Post Processing Stack V2
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (EmptyProject.zip)
2. Build the project and run
3. Press ALT+F4 to exit
Expected result: Unity crashes when trying to exit
Actual result: Unity doesn't crash when trying to exit
Reproducible with: 2017.4.3f1, 2017.4.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.1, 2017.2, 2017.4.1f1, 2017.4.2f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.3.0a2
