Crash on block_remove when changing mesh to Plane in Skinned Mesh Renderer while cloth component attached
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project by QA -> case_1162918-minimal.zip
2. Open scene New scene
3. Select the game object named GameObject
4. In the SkinnedMeshRenderer component, change the mesh to the Plane mesh
5. Make sure Cloth component attached too
Actual result: Unity editor crashes
Expected result: Unity editor should not crash
Reproducible: 2019.1.0f1; 2019.1.7f1; 2019.2.0b6; 2019.3.0a10
Not reproducible: 2017.4.29f1; 2018.4.2f1
