Crash on AssetImportManager::ImportWithEnum when starting the project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
Expected result: The project starts normally
Actual result: Unity Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.2.0a12,
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.1.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 21H2
Note: Project needs to be reimported on every version

Resolution Note:
Issue reproduced in 2020.3 and 2021.2. Both versions no longer supported. Issue is not reproducible in 2021.3.9f1. Resolution is to upgrade to newer version of Unity.
