Crash on AppendPathNameImpl when pressing on Projects tab in 2018.4.10f1 legacy launcher
How to reproduce:
1. Install Unity 2018.4.10f1 using UnityDownloadAssistant.exe (it can be found here https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download/archive)
2. After installation, double click the shortcut of the Unity 2018.4.10f1
3. Press the "Projects" tab
Reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1
Notes:
- Reproduces only on the legacy launcher with the specified version
- There should be no local projects available, so the "Learn" tab would be opened on launch
