Crash in WindowsVideoMedia::GetTrackTypes after enabling Transcode and applying import settings on 8k video
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select AdamOut video in Project window
3. Enable Transcode and hit Apply button
Actual: Editor crashes
Reproducible: 5.6.0b7, 5.6.0b6
Not reproducible with 5.6.0b5 (Editor freezes, but doesn't crash)
Reproduced on Windows 10.
