Crash in TypeTreeQueries::ReadStringFromBuffer when assigning a SerializeReference with a specific serialization order
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (SerializeReference_835671.zip)
2. Select the BugReports/AbilityCrash/AbilityDef.asset
3. In the Inspector window click the 'SingleTarget' button
Expected result: the Editor does not freeze/crash
Actual result: the Editor freezes/crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b2, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0a2, 2020.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1(compilation errors)
Notes:
SingleTargetFixed button, which is only different in the serialization order, does not cause the crash
