Crash in Mesh::CalculateBoneBindPoseBounds when attempting to use a SkinnedMeshRenderer when the format uses a 4xFloat16
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (custom vertex format-757826)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0a10(errors with 'VertexAttributeDescriptor' namespace)
