Crash in .GUIView:get_vSyncEnabled_Injected when moving Scene window to another screen, while in Play mode
Repro steps:
- start a new project with the latest 2023.3 - I used the 3D URP Core Template
- ensure you have a second screen
- enter play mode
- drag your Scene window to the other screen
- notice the crash

Reproduced with 2023.3.0b1 and 2023.3.0b4
Cannot reproduce with 2023.3.0a19 or earlier or with 2023.2.17f1
