Crash in "GameObject::IsActive() const" when trying to open a specific scene
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "1091177.zip"
2. Try to open GameScene.unity scene
Expected result: the scene is opened
Actual result: Unity crashes

2017.4.0f1 2017.4.15f1 2018.2.16f1
Not reproduced on:
2018.3.0b9 2019.1.0a9
