Crash in Build: UnityPlayer.dll!SharedObjectFactory<ShaderPropertySheet>::Destroy(ShaderPropertySheet *) when reloading scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the build
2. Enter tutorial (after opening credits)
3. After the tutorial is loaded, press ALT + R to reload the scene
4. Wait for the scene to load
5. Repeat from step 3 until it crashes (5-10 % to crash)
Expected result: The build does not crash
Actual result: The build crashes
Reproducible with - 2019.3.9f1
Could not reproduce because of editor errors - 2019.4, 2020.1, 2020.2
