Crash at launch when Unity Logo is disabled [XRSplashScreen.cpp 2022.2 only]
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "CrashRepro.zip"
2. Select Assets > EmptyScene
3. Open Edit > Project Settings > Player > Splash Image
4. Enable “Show Unity Logo”
5. Build and Run
6. Disable “Show Unity Logo”
7. Build and Run
Expected result: The project is built
Actual result: Crash notification and a built with a white screen
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a6, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a14
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.0a5, 2023.1.0a15, 2023.1.0a25
