Crash at GetObjectArrayFromPrefabRoot when destroying child object while applying changes to prefab
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test"
3. In hierarchy, select "Prefab" game object
4. Press Apply, to apply changes to prefab
5. Unity crashes
Reproduced with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.2p4, 5.4.0b7
