Crash at CompileGpuProgramSnippets when cancelling a build during Shader Variant Compilation
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "CrashRepro" or new project
2. Do a Windows Standalone (or other platform) build
3. Cancel during Shader Compilation
Result - Crash occurs at CompileGpuProgramSnippets
Reproducible with - 2019.3.0a7, 2019.3.0a5
Not reproducible with - 2019.3.0a4
