[CPU PLM] OpenImageDenoiser does not denoise direct environment samples with a certain number of samples and bounce count

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download CornellBox project and open CornellBox scene
2. Assign studio_03 skybox material
3. Select CornellBox game object and disable front_face child object
4. Enable OpenImageDenoiser as the indirect denoiser
5. Make sure that bounce count is set to 1
6. Make sure that environment and indirect samples are set to above 128
7. Bake the lighting
8. Notice that direct environment samples are not denoised

Notes:

- Does not affect Optix denoiser
- Does not reproduce with low sample counts
