CPU and GPU usage goes up when a tooltip pops up
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new project
2. Press on "Main Camera" in the Hierarchy window
3. Hover the mouse pointer over any property (e.g. "Clear Flags") in the Inspector window
Expected result: CPU and GPU usage doesn't change
Actual result: CPU and GPU usage goes up
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a19, 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b8, 2022.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.0a18

All Windows Tooltips seem to use my gpu a lot ...

where is the solution no windows update? windows update is a problem not an solution
how to fix this just this ?
