"Could not produce class with ID 109 errors" when built on Mobile
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open and Build User-supplied project
2. Inspect the logcat
Expected: no errors appear
Actual: could not produce class with ID 109 errors appear
Reproduced in: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a11
