Converting an object with Light Bake data into a Prefab makes it lose the bake data
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open SceneA
3. Generate Lighting (Window->Lighting->Settings)
4. Drag Cube game object to the Project panel from the Inspector to create a Prefab
5. Reopen the same scene
Actual result: the object made into a Prefab loses its bake data
Expected result: the object does not lose bake data
Reproduced with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.3.1p4, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b2
