Controls can be interacted with in Play Mode when visualTreeAsset of UIDocument is set to null
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (“fps.zip“)
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click on Button “Button”
4. Click on Button “1”
5. Press return or space
Expected result: “Transitioning to level 1” is not logged
Actual result: “Transitioning to level 1” is logged
Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0b5, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a5
