[Contextual menu] [Windows] Wrong context menu is opened when right-clicking on error/log message in VFX Graph
How to reproduce:
# Open any VFX Graph or create a new one
# In Initialize context right-click white error message icon
# Observe context menu
Expected result: Context menu has options Ignore and Hide
Actual result: Context menu has Create Node, Create Sticky Note <..>
Notes:
* not reproducible on macOS
* not reproducible on 2023.1.18f1
