Contextual Menu: Menu option "Install package from git URL.." is too wide
Steps to reproduce:
# Create/open any project
# Window -> Package Manager
# Click " + " and select the option "Install package from git URL.."
Expected Result: A contextual menu should be narrower because it is unnecessary to be so wide.
Actual Result: The menu is too wide. Added screenshot and video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a2, 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.1.24f1.
