[Context Menu] Menu appears delayed if several consecutive right clicks are performed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Right click on the same item multiple times without explicitly clearing the context menu
Expected result: there is immediate feedback for the menu (it appears instantly)
Actual result: as building the menu seems to take a delay it appears as if some right-clicks were completely ignored by the editor
Note: This was tested on Mac. Might behave differently on another OS.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16 and onwards
