Context menu is disarranged when pressing right mouse button on the Hierarchy window on 4k display
To reproduce:
1. Make sure you are using 4k display;
2. Create a new project;
3. Right-click on the Hierarchy window to open the Context menu.
Expected result: Context menu opens up at the mouse pointer position;
Actual result: Context menu opens up lower than the mouse pointer.
Reproduced on version: 2018.2.0a6.
Not reproduced on version: 2018.2.0a5.
