ContentSizeFitter constantly marks the scene as dirty when the parent object uses the Scroll Rect component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("ContentSizeFitterDirtiesScene.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene", save and enter Play Mode
3. Observe that the scene is now marked as dirty
Expected result: The ContentSizeFitter does not mark scenes as dirty
Actual result: The ContentSizeFitter marks scenes as dirty when the parent object uses the Scroll Rect component
Reproduced in: 2018.3.11f1
Not reproducible: 2019.2.0a10, 2019.1.0b9
