Content Size Fitter does not resize the panel so the text fits the screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Attempt to resize the game window
Expected result: UI element gets resized vertically to fit the text
Actual result: element isn't resized and text gets lost
Reproduced on 5.5.0b11, 5.5.0f1, 5.6.0a2 (57e9de7c0b66)
Not reproduced on 5.5.0b10, 5.4.3f1
