Content of imported text files is not shown in the Inspector tab
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached project in "case-1199891.zip"
2. In the Project tab, open Assets > test
3. Look at the Inspector tab
Expected results: the file's contents are shown (three lines of text)
Actual results: the file's contents are not shown
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7. 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.4, 2018.4, 2019.2.0a6, 2019.3.0a7, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1
