Console log icons are blurry when the display resolution is set to 125%
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'Icons125Scaling.zip' project
2. In the Editor select 'Log' > 'Log'
3. Set the display scaling to 125% in Windows
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: the icons are not blurry
Actual result: the icons are blurry
Reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a3
