Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create and open a new 3D Core project
3. Observe the Console window

Expected result: No errors, warnings or messages in the Console window
Actual result: Console error “TLS Allocator ALLOC_TEMP_TLS, underlying allocator ALLOC_TEMP_MAIN has unfreed allocations, size 37” with warnings and messages is thrown

Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 (M1 Max), macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1 Max), Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note:
-Could reproduce the issue only with new projects that are opened for the first time
-Issue is inconsistent, so a new project may have to be created several times for the Console error to appear
-Could not find the FAV due to inconsistent results while testing
-Issue is also reproducible when creating projects using Runner Game and AR Templates
-Reproduced using Unity Hub 3.8.0 (7c88724) version
