[Conditional("")] attribute doesn't compile
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
Notice the error:
Assets/asd.cs(24,10): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `Conditional' could not be found. Are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?
In the manual it's stated that the "Conditional" attirubte should work, here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/BestPracticeUnderstandingPerformanceInUnity7.html
Reproduced on: 5.3.6p5, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b5
