[compute shaders] Nested includes in compute shaders don't work
See case 661724: if a .compute shader includes another file from other folder, and that file tries to include another file from another folder, then this does not work.
This is happening both in unity 4.x and 5.0

not just nested ... normal includes appear to be broken too
