[CommandBuffer] mesh is not clipped when it is drawn after the alpha pass, and SSAO is used on the camera

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open and Play the "MainScene".
- Notice that "Cube_PostAlpha" game object is not clipped(Picture attached).

Notes:
* Not reproducible when SSAO image effect is removed from the main camera.
