[Color Space] Changing color space to Linear renders white artifacts on all window titles
Changing color space to Linear renders white artifacts on all window titles. Refer attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) File > Build Settings > Player Settings > Other
3) Change color space > Gamma > Linear
Actual result: White artifacts occur on window titles.
Expected result: No artifacts occur on window titles.
Occurring with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0f1 2019.2.0a13, 2019.1.0f1, 2019.1.0b1, 2019.1.0a10
Working fine in: 2019.1.0a9
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
