Color shifts on the edge of particles when sharpening using TAA
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project attached by the user
2. Zoom in on the Game View using the Scale slider
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the edges of the particles
Expected result: The edges of the particles are sharp, no different colors than the particle itself are seen
Actual result: The edges of the particles seem to bleed some light cyan color
Reproducible with: HDRP 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 10.2.1 (2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a7)
