Color property in Sprite Renderer doesn't work with URP Lit Material
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "URPSprite.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select SampleCharacter GameObject
3. In Inspector window, Sprite Renderer component, set the Order in Layer property to 100
4. Observe GameObject in Scene / Game views
Expected result: The sprite's Color changes according to the Color property
Actual result: The sprite's Color doesn't change
Reproducible with: 6.0.6 (2021.3.30f1), 8.0.1 (2022.3.9f1), 9.0.2 (2023.1.15f1, 2023.2.0b11, 2023.3.0a7)
